To the best of my knowledge they do have Christmas, depending on where one finds themselves. I don't believe it would be celebrated in the Draconis Combine, or if it is celebrated then it is done so devoid of religious significance. I believe that is the only region where most religions are illegal to practice. I believe the Clans are largely non-religious so they likely don't celebrate it either.
