I'm a farm raised kid so I know a lot about eggs. My favorite omelette is a Philly cheese steak one. Especially if it has bacon and ham. You need olive oil, onion, peppers, mushrooms, salt, black pepper, sirloin steak, eggs, provolone, a bit of cheddar and my favorite ingredient, a bit of barbecue sauce on the side. I love this omelette and I eat it a bit too often but its delicious.
