The whole "don't give up on your dreams" thing is so true. Last new years, I was depressed, anxious, and contemplating taking my own life. Now, I just got accepted into one of the biggest opportunities of my life. I can't talk about it yet as it's not official but it's a very famous program with a massive influence on me and my family. I resonate with this so much…when my 7yo nephew leaves the room, I don’t just let RT’s videos continue playing bc I’m too lazy to shut it off but bc chances are it’s already in my own personal que anyway lol Such a great dude- one of the only YT’ers with whom I feel full confidence in the kids watching- I know he wouldn’t allow for any decisive or questionable material to make it into his content! I don’t even have faith in most of the kid-focused content created by families, “for families”. 21:00 i cried and sob my heart out. As a hs student that's about to graduate, I always felt like all the things i did in my entire life is useless. People always ask me, "what's your dream?" and when I tell them that my dream is to study overseas, they always laugh it out and look at me weirdly. They know that I don't really do well in school and they would use my exam result to make them feel better with themselves. I don't blame them for that. I was considering on ending my life because of an exam result, I've studied day and night with no sleep but it's still not enough. I was crying all day, scrolling in youtube and I found Ryan's video, seeing him go travel and trying out new things, it makes me feel motivated to chase my dream of studying overseas.
