Mate, having the car with a broken steering rack was a true test. Taking the win against those odds is a great achievement, just shows that you have a brilliant setup in your car and you're able to stay consistent despite the mechanical problems. Thanks man! I was really surprised it was still somewhat driveable with the rack issue but we made it work! The track being so fast and simple helped if it was slow and technical I don’t know how it would have gone.

The Miata looked soo tiny next to that G8 in drift. I'd love to see you get some more power for the Miata. I think a supercharger would get heat soaked too fast, so maybe call Cleetus and get the Texas Speed hook-up for a heads/cam package or maybe they'll hook it up with one of their 5.3 based 427s!

If it is an over pressure issue that is killing the racks, then that would be the best solution. I'm wondering if it is a geometry problem though? All the changes required to get that extra angle may be putting more load on that rack than it can handle.
