I had a severe case of bulimia/anorexia combo. I would binge and purge several times a day, which is extremely exhausting. When I wasn’t binging and purging, I ate minimal to sustain myself, while still being physically active. In an eight month time frame, I had went from size 6 to size 0. I have finally beat the disorder and I’m a healthy size 12. Size 4 pre-pandemic, but I’m not obsessing over it, I’m just ready to get my life back on track being a single widowed mother of a special needs child. He’s the reason I gave up the eating disorder. 🥰. It’s a lifetime battle. Love and support for those whom still struggle with it. 🙏🏻

Dear Coline, my grandmother was always saying: A cold comes 3 dass, stays 3 days and goes 3 days. So, to make the 9 days easier, drink a lot of tea. And it does‘nt matter what kind. It‘s only about the fluid. You can also inhale once a day. Put a big spoon of salt in a bowl and fill it with hot boiling water. Than put your head above it and cover it with a towel over your head, so that now steam can go out. 10 min. Will be enough. Keep yourself warm. Best wishes from the buttom of my heart ❤

Onion tea: A simple onion tea can be made by boiling an onion in water, straining the liquid, and drinking it. You can also add other ingredients like ginger, green tea, apples, or cinnamon. To sweeten, you can add honey or brown Kandis, a type of raw sugar.

If you have sinus congestion use a sinus rinse. You can use it several times a day and the mucus goes away quickly. Sore throat? Try lemon ginger tea with extra lemon and some honey mixed in. Ginger can also help with chest congestion. Lose your voice? Salt a lemon wedge or two. Suck the salty juice out of the lemon wedges. All honey has natural antibiotic properties. Manuka honey has more so. Also the darker the honey the more antioxidant qualities it has. Bees are kinda lazy. They go to the food nearby. They don't travel too far unless the food runs out. That being said if you put a hive in a dandelion field you'll get dandelion honey just as an example. Manuka honey is imported to us here. Anyway hope you feel better soon.

This is absolutely not a criticism at all - your video is wonderful, and it's so important to bring awareness to these conditions. When describing conditions such as bulimia, rather than saying a person 'suffers' with the condition, it can be more empowering to say that they live with it or are fighting the condition. I survive with and live my best life in spite of my endometriosis, I don't want to view myself as suffering :) Keep up the great work!
