Battling Depression || Mental Health & Self Care

Hey everyone!
It's no secret anymore that this is my battle I've been dealing with for years of my life. I want to create a space where me and many others are talking about this issue. Mental health has only recently become the new wave of topic in todays society. Our world needs more people speaking on this, and even if it isn't the fun flashy pics that you're seeing on instagram DAILY, it is still something I believe is IMPORTANT we discuss. I shared a bit about myself and my journey with this demon. I am so far from perfect and made some HUGE mistakes in my life. Since we live in a world where so much is shared, I wanted to show the not so fun part of being a human. Life is not always amazing and if it was, then we would be in heaven. Let's work through these tough things together, and remember it's okay to fall, fail, let people/ ourselves down, and to not be okay sometimes. Loving yourself, others, and God through your tough times is what is most important.

I'm 19 and i also have depression for a long time sometimes i feel amazing and feel like nothing can stop me and the other day i'm down and see no reason to live so i totally understand you. You just need someone to talk about it and find things you love to do try new things and focus on improving yourself because when i go to the gym i feel so much better. I hope you will feel better soon. If you need any help i'm here for you :)

@@OliviaRae well, i feel great since last week i have some sort of medication made out of plans so it makes me feel better. I also take cold showers because a lot of people say i helpes with depression and i deleted my social media wich maybe help to. i'm also planning to make a youtube channel to help with depression and AD(H)D so thats also a reason why i'm testing what works for me so i can tell other people and it maybe also work for them thanks for the good words i hope you will also get out of it and find out how great life can be :)
