I think everyone should train in some kind of hand to hand fighting, it gives you a kind of humility when you can punch ppl in the face and get punched in the face. I think thats why i enjoy your content, keep up the good stuff man.

@@json8426 I 100% agree. Not to mention all of the physical and mental health benefits to really pushing yourself in an activity like boxing. I will say I pride myself in my self awareness and I think that's like a superpower when training a combat sport

It's boxing! I have probably spent about 4 years of my life training boxing/kickboxing. But I just got fully back in the gym about a month ago. Ill be throwing some pad work and sparring into the upcoming videos to get people hopefully hyped about my fight coming up
