I've been a Wildmoore shipper since Ryan said Hi Sophie and Sophie said It's Agent Moore, Loved every bit of this episode and your reaction does it justice. What is most appealing to me are the family dynamics across the board. The Bat Team collectively love and fight like siblings. They yearn for connection and to be valued. They circle each other's worlds. And they are there for one another. As far as Sophie and Ryan go, Sophie is still waters and Ryan is a deep sea diver. The potential for these two is off the charts. Sophie's comment about Ryan not knowing her is intriguing. It captured Ryan's imagination and now has her eyes more focused on Sophie. I did not mind the rewinds by the way. I smiled along with you during their moments. I did laugh out loud when Ryan hit Luke. Great Review as always. Thank you!!!

@@laylivias_ you see sophia smiling. this is the 1st relationship where they are equals. you can tell sophia is finally asking for what she wants. in the 1st 2 seasons, everybody uses her-kate, jacob, ryan, even alice. that's why when she was trying to keep ryan alive, she was giving her the 3rd degree because it was coming from a place of truth. ryan was using her like everyone else. that's why the ice bridge scene when ryan genuinely compliments her, sophia is surprised and says "me?" that says alot that she isn't used to compliments directed at herself. that's why she is smiling dso hard when ryan flirts with her. ryan giving her genuine attention.

It takes a LOT for me to care about a romantic relationship (fiction and not), if I do, it's only after they solidified, probably due to me being aromantic 😆. If Ryan and Sophie gets together, I hope it'll be done well and have a good energy.

In regards to your first question, that would be the sane and logical thing for Batwoman to do, but the writers likely don't think of it. It's like using a potential cure they mentioned in the last episode to help out the sick kid, only to then throw him in Arkham.

I don’t know, looks like Sophie’s sister get hurt in the next episode. Even though Ryan and Sophie got that spark she might self sabotage. But I hope they’re a slow burn.

I think Ryan’s dad is Lucius Fox, Luke’s dad. Jada was married and had an affair and gave the baby away probably so the husband wouldn’t hurt her. Also, possibly she wanted a boy to one day take over the company.

batwomen lost me first 3 episodes, shoddy writing and subpar acting, how it got past 1 season is a fucking mystery most people are busy complaining about "blackwashing" and "woke feminazi stuff" but thats not the problem, the problem is everyone involved seems to have no regard for quality edit: take this episode, batwomans literally dying, and they have a fucking bleeding hearts couple therapy instead of you know, trying to keep her alert and conscious, piss poor writing at its fucking finest
