The problem with Guardian angel CDR is exactly why people used to hate techies. Its not winning the game, its delaying the loss. Game 2 could had gone for hours if your team was ready for it Also I'm surpriced people didn't pick Muerta ult with how many people were doing Attack damage builds

Can’t you just use viper Q to push buildings despite guardian angel..? Or nether blast? I think part of the “issue” is that a single game doesn’t give enough time to let the meta/counters come into effect, so a spell can be broken but only because no one has countered it in that particular game

Legitimately questioned why they banned bad juju after the first game instead of guardian angel for all the reasons baumi figured out on game two. No cooldown is annoying and can be hard to play against BUT can be dealt with as long as they are interactable. Since dota has put a bunch of cd reductions in and out of the game already, banning guardian angel should have been the obvious ban after game one.
