Personally I think replacing Unleash and Overpower with Cull and Heart stopper would have been better. Cull for infinite armor scaling to add to the infinite scaling theme, and Heart stopper for the Regen on kill to enable infinite fighting(theoretically), since Reapers fills the same role as cull.

Fun fact: terrorblade was the worst jungler in dota 1 not because hes bad at farming, but because you can see his footsteps for a while after he moves(about 2 secs i think), and you can gank him just by looking at the footsteps.

another big issue w/ an aoe-increasing item ( which, personally, sounds like something that could only exist as a neutral item anyhow ) is that ... what the hell is an aoe, actually? like, crystal maiden ult is a great example of that, too. the explosion radius would obviously be affected, since it's the radius that is actually affected by the ability's effects ... but what about the field radius? well, it's also the radius of the slow and shard effect, so that's probably a safe bet, too, even if it does prevent the explosions from packing tighter together. but what about the similar case of torrent storm? or aoes that are kinda just mechanically there, like the assist radius of flesh heap and glaives of wisdom? would auras get a boost to their radius? would there be a distinction between "passive" and "active" auras, like the difference between heartstopper and the slow of ghost form? would aoes like poison nova and ravage get both their max range and their ring width increased? what about aoes that can be actively detrimental to increase, like the search radius of desolate and mystic flare? would soulbind and kinetic field give your enemies a wider area to move around in? would the bounce radius of stuff like cask, chain frost, and arc lightning also be increased? the multishot radius of stuff like stifling dagger and adaptive strike? would swashbuckle get wider, longer, or both? hell, what about cleave? it has a starting radius, an end radius, and a length. which combination of those would be affected? what about _projectiles?_ dragon slave and breathe fire also have two radii, but also have a travel distance which also already increases with cast range. and they're both aoe, but ... flesh hook is _also_ a projectile with two radii ( although they're set to the same value ) and travel distance, but ... it can only hit one unit. same with sacred arrow it's just such a very, very ambiguous effect, one that could really only be practically implemented if it was there from the beginning and the designers could answer these questions as they came up. as-is ... there's just _waaaaaaaaay_ too many abilities that not only would need to be modified to respect this sort of effect, but _also_ would need _actual design work put into them_ just to decide _how_ they should be modified

Should do an improved build of that PA. Something like vengeful spirit with aghs and wraith king ult... Maybe razor passive or something that reflects damage well to ensure enemies take a lot of damage hitting you... And then commit to yoloing xD. I wonder if it works with wraith king ult. Will they tick the death passive twice? If so ez 3.2k dmg.

A bigger aoe item is something I've always wanted. You make a good point for why it wouldn't work though. Another item I would like is slow on spell damage. But I'm sure that would be broken too.
