Awesome video. Show's you how many pretty places we have in SA. No need to grab the passports every time and head for the borders.

Awesome video. Thank You. You know, You gave me an inspiration. There is so many places to see and enjoy - with all the senses wide open ;-). There is almost a year and a half that I'm subscribed to Your channel. It made me realize that the change in life is needed. So I've decided to came closer to the nature. The city life is comfortable but when I'm out the nature brings everything on its place. And one thing is watching on KZbin, TV but totaly different is to go out to explore and enjoy. I have great Outwell tent for five person and all the gear that we need for weekend camping trip and place it into my Hilux. I'm waiting school to finish so my family, especially kids h dog can explore nature life here in Croatia. Although a small country also we have great places to see (not only the Adriatic coast)..

Great first episode. Good luck to the guys doing the low carb approach (I assume). Given it’s a bunch of Saffers and the world ‘diet’ was mentioned, I wasn’t surprised when steaks still popped up on the menu :) If beers are off the menu, does this mean that brandy also made an appearance?

Is it just not safe to camp out in the bush? Is it people? I have just always found it strange Africa has all this land and people always stay in campsites. Thanks.
@RoamOverlanding2 жыл бұрын
It’s actually illegal to wild here; people do it and no one will fine you or anything but it’s really just for emergencies to wild camp. It’s better obviously to support the local areas and business’s, wild camping barely contributes to the local communities as we bring in all our own supplies etc. So it’s just a thing In SA to mainly stay in camps, but later in the trip you’ll see some beautiful wild spots 👌🏻

I don't remember locust swarms invading this Country so badly in the past , talking about thirty , forty years ago Maybe I'm wrong .
@RoamOverlanding2 жыл бұрын
It’s been particularly bad. I think because we had some serious droughts the past couple of years, people have been skimping on the locust control and now with the heavy rains recently they have just gone crazy
