ingredients for 1 kg biryani
for yakhni
1. kg mutton
200 gm oil
1 kg long basmati rice
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp salt
half tbsp yellow pepper powder
half tbsp black pepper corn
1 star anise
1 black cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
2 onion medium sized
half tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel
1 cup curd
1 mace and 6 green cardamom powder
1 tbsp kewra
3-4 drops itr
for boiling rice
6 tbsp salt
8 cloves
5 green cardamom
8-10 green chillies
fennel half tbsp and cumin seed half tbsp (optional)
orange food color 4-5 pinch
