When experience makes it possible to achieve an interesting level of satisfaction despite limited material resources.
In this woodturning video, we'll see how useful it is to broaden one's knowledge to obtain a result that lives up to one's expectations.
To make this piece, I used Acaccia wood from furniture destined for landfill, as well as Movingui and Sapelli wood scraps.
The whole piece was cast in epoxy resin.

That yellow piece of wood you used really made the entire piece for me. I think it would have not been nearly as wonderful and gorgeous as it is now, had you used just a normal wood brown colored slab there. That desicion was immaculate and amazing!! Beautiful piece!!!!

My goodness what a stunning result!! I love the yellow wood and the fact that non of your finishings messed with the natural colour. I adore the red colour you chose for the epoxy. I admire how you made the walls so thin and the shape so elegant?! The only thing I don't really like is the base... It's a bit thick in comparison and I think the colour lets it down a bit but otherwise it's a super special item of wood art!! Thanks for sharing 🥰🤩😍
