Hi Beth. I love the kitchenette in these units! You mention a toaster oven in the kitchenette, but I only saw a toaster. Is there in fact a toaster oven? Thanks.

Thank you Kristin, I also have a soft spot for the Port Orleans resorts. My husband and I actually stayed at Riverside when we got engaged. 😁 It’ll be interesting to see how the pricing on cash rooms shifts once the skyline opens. I won’t be surprised if French Quarter and Riverside go down in price in comparison to Caribbean Beach. Are you looking to rent DVC points? @@BethsBest thank you so much! We are looking to rent points. I'm torn between AKL and Bay Lake, I would love the Grand but it is pricey. We have three adults and a 4 year old so we will be at the resort more (they like downtime haha) so the bigger kitchen is a plus but the two beds is hard with my mom husband and kiddo. A good pool is big on the list and I will be at the Halloween party a few nights alone (momma has to get her fast past, do it all fix haha) so a shorter travel back is good. AKL is very cheap for when were looking, may be hard to pass up.

@@kristinmcgary8926 Oh, that's a tough one! I love both resorts. Are you looking at a studio or a one bedroom? If you're looking at a one bedroom, I would say BLT all day. If you're looking at a studio, the choice is a harder. AKL Jambo has a wonderful pool, great restaurants, and is very relaxing. But its a longer bus ride to MK (20 mins or so). BLT on the other hand makes it so easy to get back and forth from MK for downtime. But its not quite as immersive. They're both amazing resorts, so you can't go wrong. What's your gut telling you?

But I’m an owner there so I might be a bit biased. 😁 The location is amazing, the dues aren’t super high, and the contract is longer than others so you get a lot of value from Bay Lake Tower contracts. I stayed in one of these rooms in October of 2019 and I loved it. Now why does it have to be mentioned that the tile work in the shower is reminiscent of 2009? In the last ten years, tile design has changed in a way that somebody would even be remotely aware of?
