We will be walking along Bay Parkway in Bensonhurst Brooklyn on a very muggy and humid morning. The walk takes us along Bay Parkway from 86th Street to 65th Street. We will also take a walk through Seth Low Park when we reach the Bay Ridge Parkway area.
The morning is busy with many people on their way to work - Some people waiting for buses, while others heading to nearby train stations. The park has the usual early birds out doing their exercise routines. The traffic is busy as well - This all taking place just before 9am.
Come along for this 25 minute walk through the Bensonhurst neighborhood on a muggy summers morning. Commentary and City Ambience throughout the walk. As always, Thanks for taking the walk with me!

This is a section of Brooklyn that just confuses me. West streets, Kings Highway and Bay ridge Ave. all coming together and all I can think is they don't belong together. But then again, I have a terrible sense of direction. Great walk.

For me, the most confusing intersections happen at Downtown Brooklyn, over by the court buildings. 🤣

It gets even more confusing if you look at a map, there are streets and avenues going the same direction that are all numbered in the 20s, you could be on 26th street then a block over be on 29th avenue for example.

@@ndogg20 Maps! I'm hopeless with them too unless it's an area I'm very familiar with. But yes, I've experienced what you described.
