I have bipolar disorder and during depressive episodes it can be so hard to stay motivated to take care of myself and my house, but I always remind myself of how much better I feel when my house is clean and I workout! For anyone who is struggling, just try to focus on the feeling you get when you’ve accomplished everything. It’s been a game changer for me for sure!

As far as the recipe for the peppermint shake, what do you think you could do to reduce the amount of carbs now that you have tried it? It’s pretty high in carbs and I don’t want to use all of my carbs for just a shake if you know what I mean. I definitely was going to switch to almond milk instead of oat milk that helped on the carb count a lot

They work 3ish months then go home and then they go back to fish in the same location. They call it A season which is typically Jan-April and B season which is June-Sep. Hopefully that makes sense!

I really enjoy doing 12-3-30 but I don’t think I can give a review of noticeable results from it because I don’t do it consistently. I do a lot of workouts with weights and then do 12-3-30 a couple times a week so I think you would have to ask somebody that does it everyday or a lot more often than me!
