Good luck with the bags at the market, Bailey, they look awesome! You mentioned filling up a bag with wool so they can see how much will fit in each bag, have you thought of putting something else inside, like dress making supplies or kids toys. The bags are really lovely and I am sure you could use them for other things apart from wool.

If you make bigger bags they could be used as sports and library bags for school kids. And spra your couch with citrus water water to prevent scratching. Make it up with with a Iittle bit of water and leave the peel in the spray bottle.

Yes this should work. I bought some spray to stop my new cats from peeing in my large planters inside and it worked.

❤ I love Nin over at the Joy Ninja - I started following her after your first recommendation. I also made some cash envelopes out of page protection sheets that you had on one of your very first videos. You have both inspired me to start sinking funds and it has been a life saver for me. I do not knit much but I love looking at your projects. 😊

Love that hat! The dryer can be so handy, can't it? lol You knit very well - The sweater is looking awesome! Selling your bags at the market will be such a good experience. And the ghost stitch markers - SO cute! I need to get Alone with you in the Ether = and thank you for saying you stopped reading a book you were not enjoying - it is perfectly ok!

I've just added Alone with you in the Ether (by Olivie Blake?) to my want to read list too. I totally agree about the books - I realised a few years ago that life is too short to waste finishing books you don't enjoy - and I'm much happier for it!

I would put little stickers on them for pricing. I think a bowl of ghosts with a triangle cardboard thing behind it with the description and price on it would work.

They're great ideas for family sinking fund ideas. You make it seem extra simple. I am slowly working on a similar system. It gives control back to the individual to have all of the details and be moving in a positive direction with all of your accounts.

Wow, _I_ am the last to hear of Noah Kahn….and when you said the title “stick season” I thought “he must be from Vermont!” (my home state) because that’s what we call November/early December here….and he is!!! Thank you for introducing me to his music-music that emanates from Vermont out to New Zealand and then back to Vermont!

Awesome job on the sinking fund! Pretty jealous about the healthcare system you have… but I’m an American 🙃 love the sweater and hat! Gorgeous!!! I LOVE the project bags!!! For pricing the little wallets maybe a simple band of paper around the flap part and write the price on there? The closure keeps it in place. I can’t believe you didn’t like verity! That’s one of my favorites of hers! It’s very different than many of her other books though. Anywhooooo fun vlog and looking forward to the next one!! Take care 🥰

I loved this vlog, all the different topics! So exciting that you’re doing a market. I did one with crocheted Christmas decorations in December ‘22. I barely sold anything, but I had so much fun! The wooden crates look great for displays. I also had a few. You can also put them in their side, with the opening towards your customers and use it as a display box. Looks very nice! I would put the notion pouches in a small crate and put a price sign right in front, together with a pouch to display what’s in the crate. I bought kraft wrapping paper (the plain brown paper) and folded small bags for customers to take their small purchases. I used glue or tape to keep the bottom closed. This might work for your stitch markers. Will you also put business cards in each bag/pouch? Then happy customers can find you again.
@bayleymadeit6 ай бұрын
Thank you for all of those ideas! Yes I think I will add business cards as well 😊
