Arkansas had as many errors as runs in the 3 games in Houston. Was not expecting an 0 and 3 for the weekend. Arkansas is a very talented team. Pitching will come together, there to deep and to talented not to. Offense will be solid all year long. We really, really, need to work on the fielding. And maybe this is exactly what Arkansas needed. A wake up call. I look for a more focused team to take the field this week in Fayetteville.

Arkansas is still trying to find their lineup. They’ll make Omaha again. Last time Arkansas played in this tournament they swept it and finished 27-29. Next 2 years after that they started off rough and made Omaha the in those two seasons. Dave Van Horn will have this team ready when it matters.

3:00 Pitcher throws 0-0 curve in the dirt and the runner advances. now the hitter is in a good 1-0 count to get a fastball and the coach/catcher calls for a fastball up!?! Horrible pitch calling! Unbelievable to do at this level

Sonny D-Lite Yeah I would agree. Only thing I can think is to raise the eye level again to drop the curve back down. I don’t know scouting report on the hitter but maybe he struggles with put away pitches. Probably more on the pitcher for not getting it out of the zone
