Eshu and Yeshua.... hmmm. sorry i heard the end of this last night and am now starting from beginning. From last night, and now: Bayo just gets more deliciously better over time...his dancing in language so precisionally (yes yes not a word ) and simply ...so enjoyable to witness/observe and such a wonderful vibration in the cosmos-atmosphere we share...

I’ve watched many of Bayo’s speaking engagements and this is a gorgeous one. Thank you. Regarding the etymological origins of "witch" and its supposed connection to "wit": While this association is intriguing, linguistic evidence points elsewhere. "Witch" derives from Old English "wicce" (feminine) and "wicca" (masculine), likely from Proto-Germanic *wikkjaz, meaning "necromancer" or "waker of the dead." This differs from "wit," rooted in Old English "wit" (knowledge, understanding). The "wit" connection, though not historically accurate, resonates in modern interpretations, especially in feminist circles. It reflects a powerful reframing of witchcraft, emphasizing wisdom and female power. Language evolution often involves such reinterpretations, creating new meanings beyond original roots.

Extraudinary conversation. I would love to know if Bayo would vote in the U.S election if he was able to. I struggle with this and would love to hear his thoughts on it.

I wonder what Bayo meant by the idea that 'failure is feminist'. Such a great interview!

oh heavens: objectivity is so over in real science, at least since the 1930's....can we not pay attention to what has taken place and acknowledge that?? And move forward maybe, rather than stay stuck in old places?? Thank you so much!! : ).
