For the record, in the "don't touch the ground" Muspelheim, you can actually jump off the back of the giant angel (although you can't land there). Not only will this not use up a double-jump, it will actually refresh it if you've already used it.

No not of lonely on bayo1 there are in the chapter were you before kill balder then were you in that chapter and defeated joy be in that room go right and there is check were it said you hear malice screams from inferno there a container filled with blood wich means all umbra witches are locked and killed in those container and the blood is used for jubeleuis

9:12 side note: if you dodge and use witch beforehand or take damage with selenes light, it becomes a lot easier to time

You can jump infinitely off of an enemy's head for those missions with the pilars.

Very helpful video when it comes to max health upgrades I always end up missing 2 full upgrades. That is not how I completed the single platform challenge I used Alruna the whip to reach further in the air and Kafka the bow to take out the Beloved using the charge shots. Well thanks for the video now for the broken moon pearls.

13:05 In all fairness, I get super clumsly if I'd even use Panther Within for a second there. My technique is using Crow Within and make sure I position myself exactly right, as fast as I can. You have so much more control over Panther Within than I ever can :3

I am just curious, can you max out your health by simply buying Witch Hearts? Or is there a limit? Don't worry I'm not planning to take the easy way out, I'm currently on my 2nd playthrough of the game, rarely do I replay a game once I finish it. But Bayonetta 2 has easily become part of my list of favorite games of all time!

***** Many months late I know, and you've probably found all the Witch Hearts by now, but you can't max out your health by just buying Witch Hearts in the shop, there's only a few there before they're all sold out, once that happens you gotta find all the pieces in chests or in challenge rooms.

I already beat all the Mushielm Gates, so I know I got those already. It might a chest one or Umbran Resting Place one I missed, but I dunno which one lol

A. The bewitchment for finding resting places only counts for those distorted by remembrance time, try going after the chests that are more hidden 2. If that's not the case then just scour the ones in the video

Aw god dammit i was hoping chapter 9s musplheim would be a moon pearl instead. Those smaller enemies are annoying as fuck both withstood an entire duration of umbra climax, i cant manage it. Also i just realised that theres no penalty for using items and dying anymore. Edit: well there is for dying but not items

I'm missing two broken witch hearts, but I have the bewitchments for finding every umbran resting place, beating all the musphelheims, and I know I beat every verse because I got pure platinum on every chapter, something impossible to do if you skip verses.

I don't get why they give you health-ups in a game whose MAIN FOCUS is dodging.

Because of Infinite Climax Mode. That is hard as hell and Witch Time does not activate. Yes you can dodge all the time, but eventually you will get hit.

It's more to appeal to the casual players who are not as good at the game. It allows them to continue through the game and enjoy it in their own way while the hardcores are rewarded (on-screen) in a way that makes them feel accomplished for being awesome at it. Also Infinite Climax Mode...

It never did for me in Bayonetta 1, but that's why I loved it so much, because I had still trained myself to dodge like a beast. So not having witch time kept me on my toes.
