My only gripe in Bayo 3 is that special skills dont cost magic anymore, so you can spam shit like that spinning arm move and wicked weaves

Yep, but without them her damage would be extremely pitiful. Demons are just overtuned.

I think it’s like that because we have access to demons who do massive damage to enemies so ig they balanced it out by nerfing bayos attacks just my take on it btw I don’t think this is actually true

Yeah I think that's a fair comment. I personally feel it's fine since you can't just completely ignore bosses like you can with way more portent cheese, but I understand the sentiment.

I responded to someone else here who said something similar. I don't agree that it fully counts, as sometimes you just need demon damage to get pure platinum times, and wink slave doesn't allow you to completely skip boss mechanics/melt them. I do get the sentiment though.

I feel like cheese is like summoning the clock tower to activate witch time and do the punch attack while you do the spinning arms attack is cheese Wink slave is part of basic combat so idk if I'd call it cheese Since it's just how you finish off combos

@@brandoncole5533 depending on the enemy, if you do punch, kick, punch, wink slave then yr opponent rarely hits you cause by the time they recover from the last wink slave and get ready to hit you, yr already at the 2 second kick ready to launch them with another wink slave. Maybe (although a little difficult to time cause the game doesn't want to work) even throw in an assault slave and you'll never get hit

@@danielmartins9901 I don't think it makes that much of a difference in most fights. Verse 6 is definitely an offender though, where I just keep Valiance stunned forever so I do agree to an extent. However, so many of the basic weapon moves even stun minor enemies at hardly any risk to yourself. The game is just wildly unbalanced.

Is it just me or this game looks boring? Like ive played the first bayonetta games and this feels so odd, sometimes i cant even see the character on screen because of all the filters and particles on the skin, the lights for sure didnt help. Combos feel week and really unsatisfying compared with the other 2 games. (Cool footage tho, thanks for recording, now i know i dont like this game that much so i thank you for saving me money ✨🦐✨✨)

yeah this game puts wayyy too much emphasis on the demons instead of Bayonetta herself. before the gameplay would revolve around maintaining combos, but now its just trying to finish combos as soon as possible to use wink slave (an extra attack at the end of combos where your demon attacks)
