Since I can remember; I have always been opening music or lectures or having the T.V on while doing house work ...but I realized from your videos that the daily sounds around us is a blessing to hear. The simple sound of putting a cup on a table or the sound of pouring water or stirring a cup of tea with a spoon ☺..etc. Thank you Bayoona for teaching me to slow down and enjoy the little things in life.
