From the item desc, you have 40k hp lifesteal (4% of 1M) every cart cannon? (i somehow forgot that iro have damage display limit and didnt notice your damage log - so your lifesteal is up to 100k plus) Now i understand that you have tao gunka carded ( plus that para coat is op, high def and mdef, as if there is no penalty on tao gunka)

my gene lvl 164. how to get insta cast cart cannon? my eq : +13 jejecap vassalage sera coro +7 para coat +12 cylinder boot (firelock) +9 scientist 2x para glove. costume melon bread +9 liberation shadow +9 safeguard shadow costume heroic backpack (sp absorbtion) anything that i can change to get insta cast of cart cannon? or need to get higher lvl + job lvl full to get that insta cast?

Change 1 para glove to pdm. If not enough, then use food buff or oda or change scientist to Erymantien.
