Yup, it was a great evening! Entertaining, surprising and thoroughly enjoyable! Never mind that B.B. talked so much; it was 'an evening with B.B. and friends' and he seemed to enjoy himself too!! Loved Susan Tedeschi's vocals- it was great to see her live! Her hubbie, Derek Trucks played great guitar too!

@drekobrbec Well Guitarist magazine just had a BB King Special that comes with a DVD with a documentary about BB and his life, BUT the latest footage they show is of this gig, so its definitily recorded :o)

@stradlin62 BB is nearly 86 years old, hes a legend and can do what he wants .. this gig turned into like An Evening With BB King and it was great... :o) and slash is the reason I started learning the guitar, it was a huge but welcome shock..... Hes the best and somehow manages to be everywhere.... :o)

Yur, agree... but too much TALKIN and not enough PLAYIN from the man. Was there, and can't complain, but I pay my money to see the King, not the courtiers. God bless him anyway... I should live so long.
