Ruffa was robbed both in Bb. Pilipinas and Miss World.... If she was crowed as Bb. Pilipinas Universe 1993 she would have given Dayanara a run for the Miss Universe 1993 crown....... Oh well all has been said and done... And Ruffa was the only one who made our country proud in International stage that year... 👏👏👏👏👑👑👑👑

She is no longer allowed to go on-stage at that time and was disqualified because her gown apparently was not approved by a high ranking Executive Committee Member of the pageant at that time.
