No, Pia will not win in 2013, I personally cover the 2013 Bb. Pilipinas Pageant from the screening up until the Coronation Night as a Media Writer for a Magazine and see up close, observe all of the candidates and even interviewed most of them hindi pa sya ganun ka-develop physically at that time and it was really Ariella Arida who pulled an upset. I was there personally and witness it all. Winning a crown is not just about training and preparation, it's luck and destiny combined. Being at the right place at the right time is also an important factor. 2015 is really her destiny.
