Hey Paul, I was travelling south on the Carnarvon Highway at Injune today and there’s an old steam locomotive is a tourist “attraction” on the northern edge of town. Looks very much like a C17. Cheers

Correct. It's the C17 (No. 824) that was involved in the Camp Mountain train disaster on 5th May 1947 that claimed 16 souls.
