Taran, you are completely right, Luke needs to go. He was very casual when he said it, which let's me know he says it on a regular basis. If big brother doesn't expel him, then it just opens the floodgates for others to say it.

For Luke to admit that his use of the "N word" was a slip of the tongue indicates that the N-word is a normal part of his vocabulary. He said it so casually that its hard to believe that it just slpped out by accident. I think that Hisam would most likely spill the beans to the others more than Cory or Jared. And if the incident does come out, I honestly hope that Izzy isnt around to hear it first cuz she would absolutely lose her 💩 and have an epic meltdown. I hope that Hisam, Cirie and Felicia could have an adult conversation amongst themselves before discussing it with the young uns.

I think it was the right call to remove Luke from the house because using racial slurs is against CBS code of conduct and they have no tolerance for it. I also believe Cam should be removed just from the domestic violence threats alone. However, regarding so many people being mad at Jared online, it's not for anyone to police or decide how a word affects someone. He might not have been personally affected by it or maybe there are game related reasons he didn't want to react to it. Cory and Hisam were clearly bothered by it, but if Jared was presumably fine with it, who are they to say anything? As a partner of someone from a marginalized group, they don't always want us to speak up for them & they have their reasons for thinking that way. I think it's important to be respectful in that regard as well.

Luke is WEIRD. Like Cameron type of weird but in all dimensions. He brought up being a Neanderthal the other day and just the way he spoke in that one convo made me not want to watch him on feeds. Everyone in the house has had good reads on the other houseguests. Cameron being a serial killer and Luke being Kyle / a freak was pointed from day 1

The rules weren’t changed so there’s still an eviction. Last year the eviction was canceled because the rule book said they would compete for who goes home.

As for the Luke situation, I definetly agree with him getting expelled, but it shouldnt take towards that extreme behavior for the line to be draw between ejection and not. There has been plenty of racism in the past of big brother and action hasnt been taken and I think that should change. Big brother should make sure they aren't casting racists, and maybe do something beforehand to promote inclusivity and respect for everyone based on different backgrounds.
