It was really funny how Cory said “beat you Zach”. Also really funny how Zach responded on Twitter, changing his profile pic to Hisam. Not only will the causal viewers miss the reference, because the show hasn’t mentioned that they’re brothers yet, but they wouldn’t even get why Zach changed his profile pic to Hisam, because the show hasn’t shown how rude Hisam has been to Cory in the house. Two funny references missed.

my mom used to be a casual, then stopped watching altogether. I got her watching again this year along with Tarans updates. After tonight's episode she said "that was it? that was so boring. I'd rather just watch Taran"

I think Melissa hit it on the head for why they went through with the eviction. Kirsten was a character that production seemed to not care about, didnt have a big outside of the house fan base, and didnt seem like an amazing player. Let her go here, and introduce a twist to save a fan/production favorite later if the schedule is off.

I thought Hisam, by stating he did not hear the comment, was just making it look like Cory was overstating what he heard. It truly seemed like Hisam heard what Luke said.

CBS removed him from the game for PR reasons and they didn’t want the backlash.

Was it Jarred that they were told before the show to behave etc. Like what’s allowed and not. He violated that rule. He knew he wasn’t allowed to drop the N word even in a jokingly way coz there is nothing funny about the N word. The way Luke tried to lie his way out with Narwhal or something was just ridiculous

Leave it to Big Brother production to take what should have been an amazing week of television. To take a slam dunk decision... that was universally praised. And manage to have everyone mad at them by the end of the week. I don't understand how they are this good at... turning good content into terrible things. It's honestly a talent.

I wonder if the "never before seen twist" is the intruders twist where 3-5 new houseguests walk through the door after the eviction...it would align with the rumor about more houseguests coming in...

I wish we saw some of the Reilly and Cameron story line on this episode. That is one of the most interesting things on the live feed. And Cirie afraid about Cameron coming into the alliance.

I don’t understand why Hisam denied hearing Luke say it?? Luke was already kicked out so what would be the reasoning in him denying hearing it? I felt bad for Cory in that moment bc he was just trying talk about what had happened & it seemed like Hisam tried to make him look bad or something. He clearly heard it bc of the look on his face & he talked to Jared about it later on the feeds apparently right?

I think they handled it pretty poorly in the episode -why show luke at all in gameplay? Why did we need to see his final thoughts on the current state of the house right before showing that they removed him. -why even show hisam saying he didn’t hear it and Corey saying an entirely different quote that what was just previously shown to the viewers. -in what world did production think an eviction was a good idea. Why not just let Kirsten stay after this week. The winner of last season literally got saved week one in a similar way. This would have been a way better ending to week
