Which size snapfold bowl do you use? I didn't see it in the links you provided. How durable are they for use as a cutting board? I suppose if their largest version is large enough it could serve double duty as a sink for dishes and body? Currently I use a dyneema dog bowl with higher sides as a wash basin on the trail. Works well enough and is very light but definitely can't serve as a cutting/food prep surface.
