Really like how this bike sits naturally. With the high front end and low rear end. Already giving it that bobbed out look.

That seat took up a lot of real estate on the bike. It was huge. Can't wait to see what you replace it with. What a difference by the end of the video. Looking good.

🤣 it was pretty comfy in its couchy sort of way! You can bet the seat i install will be small hard and less comfy!!! Hope you are well jeff

@@iRidetas🤣...Maybe it's replacement might be smaller, maybe a bit less comfy but I bet it's gonna pack a lot more style. I'm keeping well my friend as I hope you are as well. Have a great one.

I really like where this is going - Wasn't sure about that horn, but when I saw it in place it made more sense - blending into the bike. Pulling off all that excessive weight at the back does a lot for weight reduction - I think I lost 30 kg when I cut into Piggy's arse :) The Virago will be its own thing for sure - seeing a tight arsed, big chested bike arising from this :) Can wait to see what you do with the back end :)

Cheers Franky I appreciate your comments! I just wasn't keen on the plastic chrome. I just wanted a more old school look ratty look. Its is starting to look pretty cool. I like the head up but down look it has naturally!

The seat you took off is plusher than the seat I am sitting on whilst writing this comment.Make sure you leave enough on the back end for the big sissy bar that you can strap a duffle bag onto

Lol yeah it was a couch for sure!!! You are reading my mind re the sissybar, I've started planing how to achieve it!! Cheers

Out of interest, where did you remount the reg/rec from the left rear passenger peg?
