Andy Cartledge announcing here. He was the longest continuity announcer the BBC had. He was there for 32 years.

i remember watching duck soup i taped it on VHS i now have it on dvd at that time the BBC in 1979 showed a series of Marx Brothers films the final film was A Day At The Races and guess happened the final reel was shown twice and there one almighty apology after wards the bbc themselves got Egg on their faces
