I believe the BBC did have wide-screen television in the late 90s and early 2000s though it was uncommon

BBC has widescreen already began at this period (90's)

The problem is that 4:3 and 16:9 had to cooperate with each other.All worded information had to fit in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

tip: only capitalize the first letters of people's names, titles, and company names so instead of "Queen Elizabeth Has Died And Came Back To Life" do "Queen Elizabeth has died and came back to life.
