@gix10000 I think this is actually sung well, the constant harsh falsetto is part of Everything Everything's style, and look at them now, a lil over a year later they've a top 20, yet highly rated album, awards and nominations, gigging with an orchestra at one of the best venues in London to a sell out crowd and streamed live, and sell out tours here and overseas. They are one of the most celebrated new bands in the UK. A big step up from a couple bum notes at a reading BBC introducing stage.

I can only imagine what the original guitarist must be thinking now...

awesome track, still trying to figure out what the lyrics mean exactly, love the bass guitar, it gives the track so much backbone, it's fresh, it's original, it's fucking great :}

It's so nice and mellow... until you get to 2:31. After that, start rockin out! Love Everything Everything! Still waiting for them to come State side. We need you to come over and spread the love that is good music. Somehow, I think America has lost focus in that respect (and others...) Keep it up guys!!!

Love this band... just realised they reminds me of Thomas Dolby " The Golden Age of Wireless". Roll back ~ Asda style.

Listen to the lyrics. Heartbreaking. This band's lead singer reminds me so much of Gnidrologs Colin Golding, have a listen to Lady Lake. Such an expressive vocal. If you want to listen to Simon Cowell perfect pitch every time but boring muzak, well...

Good, good. but that singer.... ergh! The falsetto works with many bands, Radiohead and Sigur Ros included, but the fact that he's singing in falsetto with his manc. accent means that it's just impossible to hear what he is singing :P it also sounds pretty irritating. PLUS, what is going on with the guy at 1:22, he seems to have outdone the flat note by visually expressing over-the-top vibrato. The music is good though, just need a better singer.

These last two comments annoyed me. Higgs isn't even from manc and his vocal acrobatics are what distinguishes ee in so many ways. NASA is perfect live and from studio track.
