BBC presenter makes mockery of editorial ethics during hostage release coverage | Janta Ka Reporter

BBC once again came under sharp scrutiny for its brazen biases for Israel during its non-stop coverage of the hostage release. One presenter appeared very concerned about psychological impact on Israeli hostages but not Palestinians as she also accused Hamas of staging the event for propaganda.
Another presenter ended the interview with reporter Wyre Davies after he eloquently explained the impact on Palestinian men, women and children held in Israeli jails.

Resistance isn’t a crime. And I would assume that if a Palestinian hurt other Palestinians, Israel would consider that doing their job for them, so they’re not detained and wouldn’t be the first choice for release in any case. The only potential crime I can imagine any of these detainees are guilty of is directly targeting an unarmed settler who is not involved in enforcing the occupation. So, how many of the detained Palestinians did actual crimes? (Further consideration, the occupation is illegal and all elements of maintaining it are illegal. So Israel’s detention of actual criminals is of questionable legality too.)
