Did anyone else spot his elder brother playing the violin ? Sheku is a wonderfully talented cellist- simply sublime ❤️👌

No wonder they were both consigned fine instruments that enable them to produce a sound up to their skill. This is a 400 year old Amati cello. Let's agree the instrument is in proper hands.

I think Sheku’s amazing and Chineke! Is a wonderful orchestra but I don’t think you should have an orchestra where you are only allowed to join if you are black. If someone started an all white orchestra there would be an absolute outcry.

@@ursulabean3179 Ok, I don't think they're the most musically talented in the world. There are a bunch of kids out there who practice for like 9 hours a day and they have world class professors as their parents. So, not the most musically talented by quite a bit, but wonderful family.
@pamelajudithrwanyarare84293 жыл бұрын
@@masteryoda5237 She might be right because the Kaneh-Mason are all classical musicians. Yes there are other talented kids but it's one or 2 siblings but with this family all the children play to a very high international standard and that's what makes them unique. Plus they enjoy it and love it. I have heard of one family which were the Von Trapps in Austria in the 1940s, however they were OK and they were doing it because they were forced to. The talent was good but not great and some of the children did not enjoy it. However these ones are great and enjoy and love what they do.

Music expresses wordless odyssey’s. I was unfamiliar with this piece except the composer is a renowned genius. His music is very and deeply satisfying. This one, for me, was like that pleasant realm when not quite asleep and the soul anticipates it’s escape from the burdens of the day or anticipates wandering through multi-dimensional dreams. Mr. Sheku’s swift looking Afro accentuates his intense outpouring of love through his cello. This is how it should be. All the members of the orchestra were very focused with the intent to make the music shine. What a wonderful evening this makes. Kudos also for the conductor. PWG
