A Shoebox Of Snow by Julie Mayhew was broadcast on BBC RADIO 4 on 16 Sep 2011.

Story:
Albert and Renie never leave their condemned flat, cocooned inside by all they've ever owned. Christopher must persuade them. But what are they saving it for?

On listening to this play, I found it so poignant from my perspective and touching in the general sense ... I have just moved out of a flat that I have lived in for just over 13 years. I was a hoarder (Endeavoring to Change that!) on re-arranging my belongings in my terrace house I was listening to this through my speakers from the computer. The undertow of the play was "the similar circumstances of the old couple in their younger years with their outcome and the "embryonic" beginnings of the young couple. In my occupation I'm very much like Chris ... being human and empathetic I always go that extra mile! The difference from my perspective Is I'm Not Going To Hoard Again !!! this was a thought provoking and touching play.
