As a Bulgarian, I feel embarrassed of the food they served him. Pacha is a soup and it shouldn't look like that at all. And this is not a very common traditional dish, it's more like food for poor rural people.

@javorekbg60813 жыл бұрын

It is 100 % traditional. Its not commonly eaten by everyone but it's still traditional. Same goes for lamb heads and tripe. Don't be apologetic if you don't like it. They also eat tripe in some parts of the UK . It doesn't mean its poor people food. It drives me insane that some restaurants remove fried sprat from the menus. Like somehow foreigners will think its poor or weird... It's really not.

Bulgaria is oldest country in Europe. Bulgaria is first national state in Europe which adopt Christianity and Bulgarian church became first national independent church in Europe in year 927. Bulgarians created Bulgarian Civilization with Bulgarian language, Bulgarian alphabet Cyrillic and Orthodox Christianity. Bulgarians spread Christianity and the Bible, translated into Bulgarian language and written in Cyrillic, among the so-called "Slavs" and incorporated most of the "Slavs" into Bulgarian civilization, including the Russians. All so-called "Slavic" languages are created on the basis of Bulgarian language. Russian language and so-called "Slavic" languages on the Balkans are dialects of Bulgarian language. Today about 300 million people in Eurasia including Russia use Bulgarian writing system Cyrillic as the official alphabet. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Bulgarian_Empire en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simeon_I_of_Bulgaria en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyrillic_script en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Bulgarian_Empire

The Black Sea did not necessarily get its name because of how dangerous it is. It is not dangerous . One explanation is that If is called the Black Sea because of traditional colors associated with cardinal directions - North is black, South is red, West is white, East is blue. So “Black Sea” just means “North Sea”. Same reason why the Red (ie. South) Sea is called that. Think of a compass from the perspective of the Greeks.
@civagiarn3 жыл бұрын
It's called the black sea as it has the lowest sollenity, however the Bulgarian coast gets the end of the current thus it can be very clear and tourquoise or emerald

@MrSwatbg4 жыл бұрын
Great work guys! Buzludzha, at least I think so, is stacked with symbolism. Not only it's interior in aesthetic sense, but it's condition - now and before. A lot of money have been spent on it and quite a bit of workforce invested. Many people have been fooled by this ideology. An ideology which has swallowed resources, time, lives, offering nothing but contr.. um, security and hope in return. Oh, and a bright future. An ideology of delusion. The people will defeat the capitalist dragon they thought.. And nowadays, the people are..capitalist. They do business, they trade, invent, people come up with things and get credit for it, they interract with the world and they don't believe red fairytales anymore, they don't get shot when they try to cross the border on their own, neither they have to spy on their friends. I've heard opinions that the monument shouldn't be restored because being ruined symbolizes the triumph of freedom over authoritarism and that resources and money better be invested elsewhere. Others think that it is perhaps a good idea to fully restore it to it's original design and turn it into a museum where people can get in touch with the past, as well as for the sake of the ordinary people who have put this thing together initially, so their time and effort to not be in vain.
