Your announcers are a female which I don’t know the name of and Duncan Newmarch.

That and the long delay suggests that there may have been a big problem in the continuity suite requiring Duncan to be called over from BBC 1 con. Or perhaps it was shift handover. The fault looks like a playout error and something cut to the overnight barker loop.
