I can see a Mr Bean skit where he's driving around trying to find his hotel. Accidentally ends up on a race track and starts overtaking professional drivers left and right while obliviously looking around for anything that resembles a hotel. Half way through his car seems to be making a clunking sound. So he drives into a pit stop thinking it's a mechanic. The crew impressed with him, changes his wheels and fills up his car. Mr Bean impressed with the speedy service gives one of the crew a tip before driving off.

Well, that's if you haven't ever seen any of his movies. I highly recommend Johnny English and Johnny English Reborn, amazingly hilarious movies. Also, many people don't know this but Rowan Atkinson is highly educated, before his career in media and entertainment he went to university and he holds a PhD degree in Electrical engineering from Oxford university with an IQ of over 120. A brilliant mind and a brilliant talent.

Rowan had a stuttering problem which contibuted to him limiting his talking in his early career but later recognized that by letting his visual expressions and actions talk for him he was able to reach a much wider audience with his comedic genius. Other than the “Mr Bean” character he played other roles where he was extremely verbal and articulate

Yes, he has a stammer, and it caused him to be rejected from earlier roles, so he came up with character Mr Bean. He loved visual comedy, and wanted to come up with a character who didn't use words. He was a master of making faces, and used that as well. Richard Curtis helped him, and wrote ALOT of the sketches along with Rowan and Robin Driscoll. Rowan is known as Mr Bean here in the US, and mainly Blackadder and Not The Nine o Clock News in the UK. Either way, he's a legend and one of the most beloved comedians of all time. Plus, he's an amateur race car driver, so he's a really good driver.

***** Mr Bean has been done since 1995 bro but he "officially" retired from the character in 2012. He acted in movies where he spoke and he has done several stand up before Mr. Bean as well. He wasn't entirely known for Mr Bean but it was his mainstream success beyond the UK. I'm Canadian and I love Rowan and grew up watching him. :)

I feel sad being so delighted in the comedy of Rowan when he clearly has spoken on his desire to be taken seriously as an actor, and try to lead roles where he isn't silly, and I genuinely believe the skill of the man shows in everything he does, It's a shame when talent is pigeonholed into a career that is ultimately unfulfilling. I do take great joy in all his work, but I also wish for him to experience the same joy that he gives to all of us.
