Since British TV seasons are 6-8 episodes binging is easier than US programs with 22-23 episodes. I just happened upon this. I’m happy to see it’s on HULU. I’m anxious to give it a try. 5 seasons are loaded up.

Impeccable filming and camerawork from the BBC’s Director of Photography here. The shaky, unsteady shots were achieved by letting the cameraman’s 4 year old son sit on his shoulders during filming to achieve that American Detective Series look from earlier years. So good..and the soundtrack is amazing. I've been watching Season 3 of London Kills and I feel like they're trying the same approach ("corrupt serving police officer") but it just doesn't have the same punch for me, even though I love the actors, especially Sharon Small.

This is probably on PBS. You have no idea how this knot of string gets unraveled. The corruption goes deep. Can't trust anyone. It is a thriller for sure.

Honestly, as an armed police officer, the first part of this was really hard to watch. A dynamic situation, a small piece of bad info, and a split second mistake leading to a bad shoot and an innocent person dying, is I think every honest cop’s worst nightmare. I’m glad I pushed through. It’s a great show.

Before I used to think why shout freeze? It’s such a dumb thing to say when the bad guy is right there. This really showed me and to all of us who thought the same way that unless your sure this is the perpetrator your looking for, always be cautious and don’t go in blind.

This had me hooked right from beginning to end luckily I've got all 5 series on DVD box set then series 6 separately. Utterly brilliant 🤩👋. Luckily for the guy at the end of this clip wasn't stabbed not because (For the Watch) 🤣😵 but could of been stabbed (for the force) just my little joke. As the tall guy is the Welsh actor who played Alliser Thorne in Game of Thrones with a huge British cast in that show as well and another great series👍👍👍👋👋👋

Best season by far. None of the seasons that followed quite matched it. That's not to say that they weren't still enjoyable. It's just a testament to the quality of the first offering. This is just my opinion btw.

If that were real life the officers would have been charged with Murder.
