I thought I had a great vocabulary until I listened to her, and I, also studied the Humanities in university. I would never have thought to describe it as “viscous juices.”

Nigella, you are a great chef and know how to cook anything and have your family well fed with some of the best foods. I love your show on PBS and the wonderful recipes you make up for the gatherings you have. Each time I view your show I get hungry as I watch it and want to make the dishes you make even though I had just eaten.

That copper pan is so much gorgeous.. looks a bit of less shine.. to wash the outer part with raw tamarind and sea salt together will add up a super shine..

The ditelle pasta is also a great one to add to Minestrone or soups. Mama' uses it in Pasta e fagioli, Pasta e patate or in any combo of the three.

I hate mussels. They’re such a giant amount of work for such an unsatisfying amount of meat. And I’ve yet to have some without gritty sand being in my mouth.

Although this recipe is nice but it is not even close to a Marinière, unfortunately. A moule marinière is basically : shallots, garlic, the moule and then deglaze with white wine and parsley and this is it...
