A] why would someone who has led a fulfilling life and reasonably good at their craft be in awe of these fake rating agency/body created eateries? (not to say that the restaurant cook isn't good at his craft or that his opinion is worthless) B) would he say anything but that on a televised/ recorded show. wouly they show a negative critique if it were given? Even the best home chef shouldn't be able to compare, so she likely had much higher standards for that meal than she would have for her own cooking. I imagine during the meal she was thinking that she could have easily made all those dishes at home for way cheaper, and she would be completely right. She had every reason to be critical of the food, so it's not fair to suggest that she was being snobby or uppity.
