BBC1 Daytime Live + News, 30th October 1990 one of the most amazingly painful experiences of one's life- slipping a disc. nothing can compare to that sensation as the gel between the spinal column slips out........... enuff!!!! absolute murder. on a more festive note - i don't even think mother has made that many - xmas cakes.
