These old tower blocks have identical rooms on every floor... if the lift should stop at a floor lower than that which you chose, and you don't notice it, you could be in someone elses living room before you realise that someone didn't come in and rearrange all your furniture whilst you were out.

hey i know this is a longshot considering this comment is over 2 years old but the woman that plays the mother in this episode the same bird that was the French bird in steptoe and son and in a xouple episodes of on the buses..in a darts match with the boys and trying it on in rhe living room with stan and the mum blew her top 🤭 i just love her though and i cant seem to track her down on the internet..but i think her name is Lala Lloyd..but i could be wrong but you wouldnt happen to know hey?

Hard to belive this episode was rushed and put in after Leonard pierce ( granddad ) death . John Sullivan did not want the first episode of series 4 to start with grandad funeral . He wrote this episode and it is mentioned that grandad is in hospital . The next episode of the series deals with his death .
