I wanted to make this wonderful recipe for my daughters 10th birthday party. When it was finished, she and her grandchildren said it was the best chicken they'd ever eaten. Worth the effort!

What a waste. Children wouldn’t know what they’re eating. Secondly, no child deserves to eat food like this. Thirdly, get a job, you’ve too much spare time. Fourthly, this dish, tasty as it might be, is an utter environmental disaster. It takes the energy needs of a city to cook. Lastly, what the hell kind of world do u live in to be making food like this for 10 year olds? They just as happy eating their own boogers!!

He is a remarkable chef. All his food including his chickens are grown and raised on his farms. He has a personal relationship with everything he eats. An hour or so before shooting this video he chose which chicken he was going to cook and made sure it wasnt stressed....apparently he talks to them to soothe them....this particular chat went something like ' oh chicken licken, we will have a fun day at the private spa today, we will start by a good exfoliation, a salt water soak, a cool rinse then a nice hot bath, followed stimulating ice plunge pool, another warm bath, another frigid plunge and finished off with a nice hot dry sauna.....
