Nowadays, most of the people who manages to successfully clear the UPSC has a rich financial background. Most commonly, they come from the elite families of the society. I think that the govt should set up the coaching centres for the poor and needy , who have a great ambition to achieve in their life . ## Money makes a man. Iam not in the intention of mocking the people who has cleared the exam. I just wanted to put up the facts.

Its not lack of accessible coaching institutes or books because KZbin itself has many free classes..it is the timing of exam mostly after 22 many people need financial settlement and want to help their family by earning atleast some minimum amount but upsc needs 3-5 years of time from our main youth where we can support our family in rich families they don't need financial support from their children
