చాలా వరకు fixed డిపాజిట్లు ఎవ్వరు పెట్టం లేదు .ఒక్కటి చెప్పగలను రెట్లు పెరుగుతూనే ఉంటాయి, ఒక్కపుడు సెంటు 10 వేలు ఉన్న స్థలం 15లక్షలు ఐయింది, లిటర్ ఆయిల్ 30/- ఉన్నది ఎప్పుడూ 200/- ఐయింది. ఒకటి కాదు అన్నీ రెట్లు పెరిగాయి. ఇప్పుడు కోటి రూపాలు పెట్టీ పెళ్లి చేస్తున్న కాలం లో మనకు Mutual funds లో వెచ్చే లాభం తో ఏమికొనలమే ఎప్పుడూ పెరుగుతాయో ఎప్పుడూ పడతాయో జుట్టు పికోవల్సిందే , హ్యాపీ గా స్థలం లేదా ఓల్డ్ house ఎవరైనా అమ్ముతుంటే కొన్నడి. ఏమైనా పిల్లలకు సంభందాలు చూడాలి అన్నుకున్నవారు మనకు ఎంత అస్తి ఉంది చూస్తారు కానీ Mutual funds చూడరు .
