Your chances of ever recieving a combo like such in an actual game are next to 0, and restricted to once a round at best, since they all cost 100 heat AND overdrive.

His combos look flashy and all, but being on the receiving end makes you feel like you are back to CS/CS2... His combos take forever and have hitstun beyond imagination. Very annoying. Either way, there goes the idea of having time-bound limitation for combos; Arcsys really thought that one through.
