This is amazing and the first thing that came to mind was JRR Tolkien and the use of rings. Tolkien was a master of ancient languages and history and he no doubt knew of this legend and adapted it to his stories, especially the part where the kings had rings. In the movie, the kings raise their rings at the same time as they make their oaths.

"In the movie, the kings raise their rings at the same time as they make their oaths." aaaaannndd that's where you lost me. Christopher Tolkien said it pretty well - his father would barely have recognised the films in many places because they took pains to play up drama and action over many other elements in the novels. Did that make for more entertaining films? Sure it did - I've read enough of Tolkien to know that adapting his faithfully would probably make it hard to gain success in the film medium. BUT...... that also means it's highly branching from the source material.

Not mentioning at all if the parchment and rings were analysed or the results but instead discrediting science at the end and saying "it's more satisfying if i don't tell you"? The story was interesting enough, but that stuff was planted.

If they suspected at all it could be real, they'd have had professionals appraise the authenticity and age of the items and they would have included that credibility in their spiel. As a Christian missionary who has seen belief in Jesus do a lot, I can say that the little speech the woman gives at the end of this video is closer to the truth than she probably knows. The rings themselves do not hold the power of God within them, people's faith when in their presence does. If the people who lived in the time of these priests that were present believed God could use them to heal others, and the priests believed it themselves, and no non-believers or others who were not meant to see the miracles were present, then God could definitely channel his Holy Spirit though these men (and after through those monks who inherited the rings) to heal. God is real, bless you all.

And there is nothing comparable to Him.” This is a clear statement by God describing Himself to humanity without any room for confusion. God is One and is exalted above everything He creates. This chapter of the Quran is about the oneness of God. The concept of God has been presented here in its purest form, ridding it of all polluting associations which people of every age have brought to it. There is no plurality of gods. There is only one God. All are dependent upon Him, but He is not dependent on anybody. He Himself has power over everything. He is far above being the progeny of anybody or having any offspring. He is such a unique being that there is nobody like Him or equal to Him in any manner whatsoever. The doctrine of God’s pure unity, or The Divine oneness, is clearly stated here: God is not many , He is only One. Everyone is in need of Him ,but He is not in need of anyone. He reigns over all things of the heavens and the earth. Unlike human beings , He has no son or father. He is eternal ,without beginning or end, and is thus a Unique Being who has no equal.
